In Stitches aluminium straight knitting needles: the hard-wearing pair we hand to students in our Nairobi classes. Aluminium is slicker than bamboo or wood, so stitches move freely and you can knit faster once you have the rhythm.

A slippery yarn such as silk, bamboo or a shiny acrylic can slide off aluminium too easily. If stitches keep dropping, a bamboo pair in the same size will grip better.
Shipping fee is just KSh350 for deliveries within Nairobi and KSh700 for deliveries outside of Nairobi. You will receive your order within 4 business days.
We may ask you to top up on delivery fees if the location is remote.
