Clover Slash Cutter
The Clover slash cutter is made for faux chenille and rag quilts, where several layers of fabric are stitched in parallel channels and then cut open between the rows. The cutter rides along the channel and its rounded blade cuts the top layers evenly without touching the stitching.
After washing, the cut edges bloom into soft, fluffy ridges. It's much quicker and more even than cutting each channel with scissors.
